1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the services provided by FastFlowLLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and clients who access or use our AI automation consulting services.

2. Services Description

FastFlowLLC provides AI-powered business process automation consulting services, including but not limited to:

• Web Scraping & Competitive Monitoring Solutions
• Email and Communication Automation
• Custom Workflow Automation
• Data Processing and Report Generation
• Business Process Analysis and Optimization

3. Client Responsibilities

As a client of FastFlowLLC, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information necessary for service delivery
• Grant necessary access to systems and data required for automation implementation
• Respond to communications and requests for information in a timely manner
• Use our services only for lawful purposes
• Not use our services to scrape, monitor, or automate processes that violate third-party terms of service or applicable laws

4. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. General terms include:

• Setup fees are due upon project commencement
• Monthly maintenance fees are billed at the beginning of each service period
• Custom project pricing will be outlined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW)
• Late payments may incur additional fees and/or service suspension

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of custom automations and workflows developed specifically for their use. However, FastFlowLLC retains ownership of:

• Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies
• Generic components that may be reused across multiple clients
• Our proprietary processes and best practices

6. Confidentiality

We commit to maintaining the confidentiality of all client data and business information shared with us during the course of our engagement. We will not disclose confidential information to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law. Clients similarly agree to maintain confidentiality regarding our proprietary methods and pricing.

7. Data Privacy

FastFlowLLC is committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal data collected through our services or website will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We implement appropriate security measures to protect against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction of data.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FastFlowLLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

9. Service Warranty

We warrant that our services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. We do not guarantee specific results, as outcomes depend on various factors including client cooperation, data quality, and external system limitations. Automations are provided "as-is" after the agreed-upon development and testing period.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination:

• Outstanding payments become immediately due
• We will provide reasonable transition assistance
• Client data will be returned or securely deleted upon request
• Licenses to use delivered automations remain valid if fully paid

11. Modifications to Terms

FastFlowLLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify clients of material changes via email or through our website. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
